Bryan “The Mannequin” Penland teams with Chuck “Diesel” Courmier for their third try at Turtle fame. Prior efforts have proved pedestrian at best; both finished near the middle of the pack last year. After a couple years of quota adjustments and acquired course knowledge, however, look for Penland to have a breakout effort in the Turtle Hunt.
