Jeff “Sir Title Lock” McCall is seeking to regain the form that won the Turtle just two short years ago.  After his disastrous campaign in 2023, his new sub-Mendoza quota of 9 points may open the door for a successful Turtle endeavor.  Sir Title Lock will again team with Joe “Baby” Huie for this year’s event.
