Chuck “Diesel” Cormier decided to come back after last year’s effort, despite an inflated first-year quota and withdrawal from the final round.  He’ll open at 18, a number he did manage to hit in two rounds last year.  His quota may have reached sufficient equilibrium for a legitimate Turtle run.  Diesel will again pair with Bryan “The Mannequin” Penland for the Turtle quest.
